Terms
By using employableagents.com you agree to these terms.
The site and the demo
The demo agent works for "Marigold & Vine Aesthetics", a made-up business. Nothing it says is medical advice or a real offer, and no real appointment is booked. Do not use the demo for anything unlawful or abusive, or to try to break or overload our systems. We may limit or end demo calls at any time.
Services
Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins. Prices on this site can change. Founding prices are honored for clients who sign while the offer is open.
No guarantees beyond the written ones
The site is provided "as is". The only performance guarantee is the one written in your client agreement, with its conditions. AI agents can make mistakes. Our clients approve the scripts their agent uses and stay responsible for the advice and services they provide.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.
